Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Easy3D. Please read them; the short version is in bold at the start of each section.
1. Who we are
Easy3D (easy3d.app) is run by Noam Oringer, an individual based in Israel ("we", "us"). Contact: support@easy3d.app. By using the site you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. The service
A free editor that turns text into 3D-printable files, with an optional paid plan. The editor runs in your browser and needs no account. Easy3D Pro adds the AI design assistant, 39 display fonts and 6 special plate shapes. We make design files; we do not make, sell or ship physical products.
3. Age and accounts
Accounts are for ages 13 and up; buying Pro needs an adult. You need to be at least 13 to create an account, or older if your country requires it to agree to data use without a parent (up to 16 in parts of the EU). If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may buy Pro only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for you. Sign-in is through Google; keep your Google account secure, because whoever controls it controls your Easy3D account. One account per person.
4. Easy3D Pro: price, renewal and cancelling
- Price. USD 10 per month, plus any tax that applies where you live, charged at the start of each month of service. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
- Automatic renewal. The subscription renews every month and you are charged until you cancel.
- Cancel any time. Use the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email or app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders, or write to us and we will cancel it for you. Pro stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
- Price changes. We will tell subscribers at least 30 days before a price change, which applies only from the next billing period after that. You can cancel before it takes effect.
- Discount codes. A code gives the percentage off and number of months it states; after that the subscription continues at the regular price unless you cancel. A code may be withdrawn for new sign-ups at any time, which does not change the discount of anyone who already used it. Codes have no cash value and cannot be combined.
- Payment. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which sells Pro to you as the merchant of record and handles payment, tax and invoices. Its buyer terms also apply to the purchase.
5. Refunds and your cancellation rights
Not happy with Pro? Ask within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Later monthly charges are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time so that you are not charged again. If we end Pro or close your account without you having broken these terms, we refund the unused part of the month you paid for. Pro unlocks digital features immediately; to the extent your law allows, by starting Pro you ask for it to start straight away. Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation or refund right that the consumer law of your country gives you, including, in Israel, the Consumer Protection Law.
6. Your content and others' rights
What you design is yours, and so is the responsibility for it. You keep all rights in the text, pictures and logos you use and in the files you make. Your designs are not stored on our servers. Use only content you have the right to use: do not use other people's trademarks, logos, copyrighted characters or artwork without permission, and do not make content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or that infringes anyone's rights. You may use the files you make for any lawful purpose, including selling the prints.
7. Acceptable use
Use the site normally and fairly. Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its accounts; do not get around Pro or usage limits; do not automate requests to the assistant or the API, or resell access to them; do not use the site to break any law. We may limit or suspend access that breaks these rules.
8. The AI design assistant
The assistant is an AI system, and its suggestions can be wrong. It uses Anthropic's Claude model to turn your description into suggested sign settings (font, size, depth, plate). You are interacting with an AI, not a person. Every suggestion is checked against the editor's limits, but it is a starting point: review the result before you print it. Do not type personal or sensitive information into it, and do not use it to try to produce harmful content; requests are also subject to Anthropic's usage policy. The assistant has usage limits and may be unavailable at times; when it is, the editor offers a ready-made design instead.
9. Printing safely
You decide how to print and use what you make; please do it safely.
- Food: 3D-printed parts, including cake toppers, are generally not food-safe. Tiny gaps between layers can hold bacteria, and filaments, colourants and nozzles are often not food-grade. Keep printed parts from touching food, or use a food-safe barrier.
- Children: keychains, letters and other small parts are a choking hazard and are not toys. Keep them away from children under 3.
- Safety and required signs: do not rely on a printed sign where the law sets requirements (for example fire exits, emergency signage, or house numbers that must be visible from the street), unless you have checked it meets them.
- Outdoors and heat: common plastics such as PLA can soften in sun and heat. Choose a suitable material for outdoor use.
- Check before printing: confirm the size and the preview in your slicer. A failed print or wasted material is not something we can be responsible for.
10. Our site, fonts and licences
The fonts are open-licence; the site and the Easy3D name are ours. The fonts come under the SIL Open Font License or the Apache License; their licences let you use them in the files you make, including commercially. The Easy3D software, design and name belong to us; you may not copy or redistribute them except as the law allows.
11. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is". We work hard to make the files accurate and printable, but we do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose, except where the law does not allow such a disclaimer.
12. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited, as far as the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost data, or printing material and machine time. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the larger of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 50. These limits do not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to fraud, or to anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and they do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Claims about your content
If your content causes a claim against us, you are responsible for it. To the extent the law allows, if someone makes a claim against us because of content you used or a way you used the site in breach of these terms, you will cover the reasonable costs that result.
14. Ending the agreement
You can leave at any time; we can suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the site, cancel Pro, and delete your account from the Account window. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after telling you why where we reasonably can. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example 6, 11 to 13 and 15) continue after the agreement ends.
15. Law and disputes
Israeli law applies, and you keep the protection of your own country's law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts. Before going to court, please write to us; we will try to resolve the issue within 30 days.
16. Changes to these terms
We will tell you before important changes. We may update these terms as the service and the law change. For important changes we will give notice on the site at least 14 days before they take effect; changes to the price of Pro follow section 4. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, you can stop using the site and cancel Pro.
17. General
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the site. If a part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are published in English and Hebrew; both are equally valid, and if they differ, the reading more favourable to you applies. Questions: support@easy3d.app.
